How do I become part of the great Haynes Gardens Community?

For our potential residents, we will provide you with an application. This application must be filled out completely.Haynes Gardens will verify your credit, rental, employment and criminal history.

Haynes Garden is assisted housing and your rent is based on your income. Security deposits are also income based.

* If for any reason the application for residency is denied by Haynes Gardens, your security deposit will be given back to you.

We have a 24 hour on call maintenance personnel. At Haynes Gardens our friendly and courteous management and maintenance staff attend to all your housing and maintenance needs in a timely manner.
